Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes! All sessions are conducted via a secure and easy-to-use telehealth platform.
We are currently offering telehealth sessions only at this time. In person sessions will resume in the future.
How do I get started?
Making the decision to begin counseling takes courage. Our therapists are happy to talk with you to find the right fit for your needs. If our skillsets are not a match for your needs we will provide referrals to appropriate services. Begin the process by clicking on the make an appointment button or contacting us via email or phone.
What locations do you serve?
Virtual sessions are available for Minnesota and Wisconsin residents. In-person sessions will resume in the future for clients living in the St. Croix Valley and Twin Cities Metro area in office in Stillwater, MN.
How long does a typical session last?
While this can be dependent on the issue and service, most sessions last 55 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your session, we ask that you give us 48 business hours notice.
This allows us to offer your appointment time to another person in need of service.
Without this notice, the late fee/no show fee is $100.
How can I pay for my session?
We accept FSA/HSA cards, cash, check and most major credit cards.
